Activities to wake the soul
To open our day, Kayleigh — our event curator and host — will offer a short welcome talk to gather us in shared intention.
We will pause the programme for a one-hour lunch break at 1:30pm. Please note that no food is permitted on site, so this is a chance for guests to step out, enjoy a meal at one of the nearby cafés or pubs, and return feeling nourished for the afternoon sessions. Drinks and light snacks will be available to purchase from the venue’s bar areas throughout the day.Take this time to rest, refresh, and enjoy a little fresh air before we continue our journey together.
Our Holistic Market is a vibrant, heart-led space filled with carefully curated stalls from talented makers, healers, and independent wellbeing brands. Each stall has been chosen for its integrity, creativity, and commitment to supporting a healthier, more harmonious way of living.
Wander through a beautiful collection of unique health products, handmade remedies, natural skincare, crystals, herbal preparations, spiritual tools, artisanal crafts, intuitive services, and wellness essentials — all crafted or sourced by passionate individuals who truly care about what they offer.
Alongside our makers and brands, you’ll find an inspiring group of holistic healers, offering treatments and insights ranging from reflexology and reiki to shamanic healing and other restorative therapies. This is a rare chance to experience different modalities, meet the practitioners, and explore supportive paths for mind, body, and spirit.
This is more than a market; it’s a chance to meet the makers, discover new approaches to wellness, and connect with a community dedicated to holistic living. Whether you’re stocking up for winter, exploring alternative therapies, or seeking meaningful gifts, you’ll find something special to nourish your whole being.
Come explore, connect, and be inspired
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices originating in ancient India that aims to create harmony between the mind and body. It combines physical postures (asana), controlled breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation to improve strength, flexibility, and overall health and well-being
Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, as well as voice, to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional well-being. It can create a meditative state to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and encourage a sense of inner peace and harmony. Sessions may involve actively participating or simply lying down and receiving the sound
Enter a sanctuary of softness, sisterhood, and remembrance with Anaïs in this Women’s Rose Circle. This nourishing space invites you to connect with the essence of the rose — a symbol of feminine wisdom, devotion, and unfolding. Through guided meditation, heart-sharing, and gentle ritual, we journey into self-love, emotional release, and the beauty of being held in circle with other women.
A chance to breathe, soften, and reconnect to your inner petals — your truth, your tenderness, and your power.
Qi gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines coordinated, flowing movements with deep breathing and meditation. It is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, and its purpose is to cultivate and balance vital life energy ("qi") to improve physical and mental health. The practice is often called "meditation in motion" because it involves gentle, low-impact exercises and mindfulness.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for longer periods, typically 3 to 5 minutes, to target deep connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and fascia. The practice is the opposite of more active, dynamic "yang" yoga, and its main goal is to increase flexibility and range of motion rather than build muscle strength. Led by Shivani
A free-form movement journey to uplift the spirit and reconnect with the body. Move, release, and express through rhythm and flow — no steps to follow, just pure embodied freedom. Led by DJ Mark JB
Join songwriter and poet Alice Ancient for a nourishing creative writing workshop designed to open your imagination and reconnect you with your inner voice.
